National Volunteer Appreciation Week

As National Volunteer Week approaches from April 14 to 20, we would like to express gratitude to our invaluable volunteers who have contributed their time and skills to the library.

In 2023, we were fortunate to have 91 dedicated volunteers who collectively offered over 2,100 hours of their time to support various activities and programs.

Event Notice at RIM Park in April 2024: Limited Parking at Eastside Branch

The 2024 OVA Championships will be held at RIM Park Manulife Sportsplex on April 5-7, 11-16, 19-21, and 26-28. Due to this event, RIM Park will be extremely busy on those dates and parking will be very limited at the entire facility. Access to the Eastside Branch on the dates listed may be difficult with traffic causing major delays. 

Here are some helpful tips to ensure you can still visit the Eastside Branch and enjoy the library’s services during this time:
